OSHA 10-Hour This course is designed for construction workers, journeymen, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. WCP recommends the OSHA 10-Hour as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. (Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.) Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Course completion Certificate and an OSHA 10-Hour Construction course completion card within 4-6 weeks.
Learning Outcomes:
Course Pre-Requisite: None Testing: The final exam requires a minimum score of 70 to receive a certificate of completion. The final exam may be taken three times if necessary. Courses Fall Schedule:
Courses will be held Tuesday to Thursday each week from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The courses are designed to allow construction workers and other working professionals to gain the certification relatively easy by attend classes after work. Location of Courses: Courses classes
will be held in Room 111 at the Illinois Institute of Technology Rice Campus
